Ruslan is the core engineer on the Aerovation team, and has sketched his dream of ‘The Alien’s’ Co-Axial Design System for more than ten years. Prior to his work with Aerovation, Ruslan has been actively working in Aerospace design and participated in various roles for both civil and military applications, since 1985, including:
Ruslan taught at the Tashkent Polytechnic University in Uzbekistan, and was chief lecturer of the Aircraft Faculty, discipline “Aircraft Structural Analysis and Strength”;
While working at the “Tashkent Aviation Production Association” as design engineer for the Strength Design Department, Ruslan’s main activities were aerodynamic and robust analysis of design details. He also led assembly groups of aircrafts, wrote programs and methods for development, supervised static and dynamic tests, rigging check tests, and plane balance of the following types of aircrafts: “An-12”, «An -22» («Antey»), «An-124»(«Ruslan»), «An-225»(«Mriya»), «Il-76Т, TD, M, МD, МF», «Il-78», «Il-114», «Il-114-100»; Ruslan was also responsible for the adoption of technical solutions for repairing native and foreign aircraft with maintenance technicians, development of specifications on weighting and center-of-gravity position for aircrafts of National Airlines “Uzbekiston Havo Iullari” models «An-24», «An-26», «Tu-154», «Yak-40».
Also, while at the “Tashkent Aviation Production Association” he actively participated in the function of Skysurfing Sport Club “IKAR” where he designed, constructed and successfully completed a multifunction two-seat delta-jet, hydro-moto-delta-plane and hydro-cycle. Ruslan also took part in creating sport and applicable micro-lights (delta planes, para-planes, moto-delta-planes );
At the URSPPI (Plant Protection Institute). As the part of “Cotton Raising Modernization program of the Republic of Uzbekistan” and as subproject “Cotton Integrated Safety” Ruslan organized the Design Bureau where he developed a mechanical outfit for aircraft dispersal of Trichogramma (in the different phases) for light and micro light aircrafts; At the “State Air Control” for the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ruslan led in the development of regulatory documentation such as “Airworthiness Standards of Ultra-light Aircrafts (CBC)” and “Tentative Engineering Standard Specifications for Moto-delta-planes”;
At the Public Corporation Intertechnopolisagropark “MARS – XXI-B”, he organized the Design Department for Ultra-light Aircrafts, where they designed an agricultural application using Moto-delta-plane for Aero Chemical Spray operations as a part of program of the State Committee on Science and Technology; At Delta-Ikar LLC, as co-founder of this Uzbekistan company, Ruslan organized the air training center “ATC - IKAR” focused on flight training and technical staff routines for Aero Chemical operations on Ultralight Aircrafts and he founded the “Certification Center ” on certification of Ultra-light Aircrafts.
Ruslan also participated in committee work to examine propositions on the foundation of joint productions in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the light helicopters “Aktay” and “Ansat” manufactured by Kazan Helicopter Plant.
Ruslan is now a very welcome and distinguished team member of Aerovation Technologies.
Responsible for foundational corporate organization, finance, and ongoing leadership, Mars has helped move the project from inception to testing in a very short time.
Eric is committed to the success of PowerMax engines, globally. Insights yielded from his hands-on manufacturing approach to rotary technology and innovations make him a worldwide leader that understands this engine technology from concept to integration and distribution of products to customers. This point was validated by a European global strategy consulting firm who evaluated the various companies that were researching, developing and/or producing rotary engines. The study concluded that Eric and his team were, in fact, global leaders in this technology.
Tireless, dependable, and always hands-on while looking ahead, Mike is keen to keep tasks on time and scheduled for progress. Every team needs a well rounded ‘Mike’ to go to and rely upon.
Eric's father, in any business where timing and the flow of operations are critical, Jim is there. Jim has an extensive background in executive management, operations management, customer service and support, as well as the development of new technologies and ventures.
Larry has executive business experience and specifically brings over a decade of knowledge of the PowerMax engine technology to the Aerovation team.
Scott brings years of business experience to the Aerovation team. As the Director of Business Development he will be leading the efforts with our partners and team to commercialize the PowerMax engine technology.
Bilingual for translation and interpretation, and an early key to Aerovation as the team assembled, she has become an invaluable administrator, organizer, and essential member of our office staff.
